If you are planning to take an ARRL-VEC Amateur Radio Exam, please go to:

and download the NCVEC Form 605. The VE teams can only process an 
application using the NCVEC form 605, not the FCC form 605. If you can 
get this blank form and have it properly filled out (don't sign it until at 
the session) prior to arrival, it may allow your upgrade to proceed in a more
